First: Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders placed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the NexaCare store.

Second: Conditions for Accepting Returns and Exchanges

Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange of products according to the following conditions:

The product must be new and unused.

It must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for:
Defective products.

Non-defective products.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order date.

Invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

Third: Return and Exchange Process

Returns or exchanges can be processed using one of the following methods:

Product drop-off at the store location (if available).

Return via shipping companies.

Fourth: Shipping Costs and Fees

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the return label. No restocking fees will be charged.

Fifth: Refund Processing Time
The product will be inspected upon receipt.

Return or exchange requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

Sixth: Cases Not Covered by Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

If the product has been used or opened in a way that affects its integrity.

If the product is damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

If the original packaging is missing or any accessories are missing.

If the specified return period has expired.

Seventh: General Provisions
The store reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the aforementioned conditions.

This policy is subject to the e-commerce regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In case of any conflict between this policy and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, the applicable regulations shall apply.
