Warranty
Nexa Care Medical Store guarantees all new electrical devices sold directly through the store against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. In the event of a malfunction covered by the warranty, the store will take one of the following actions (at its sole discretion):
Repair of the device in-store.
Repair of the device at a service center visited by the customer and approved by the store. The store will bear the repair costs, provided that the repair invoice is printed and stamped by the service center.
Replacement of the device with one identical or similar to the specifications of the faulty device.
The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from the following:
Malfunctions caused by misuse of the device or use in violation of the instructions.
Malfunctions caused by supplying the device with a voltage different from the voltage recommended on the device's label.
Malfunctions caused by improper care of the device, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Malfunctions in the remote control (or battery).
